About
Founded in 2000 by the music magazine Rockin'on, Rock In Japan Festival was long held at Hitachi Seaside Park before moving in 2022 to Soga Sports Park in Chiba. It spreads across several outdoor stages, including the Grass Stage and Lake Stage, with a lineup centered on Japanese rock and pop. It ranks among the country's largest rock festivals by attendance.
