Rory Gallagher International Festival

Held each year in Ballyshannon, County Donegal, the birthplace of guitarist Rory Gallagher, this festival has celebrated his legacy since 2002. Focused on blues rock and hard rock, it takes over the town's streets and pubs with dozens of bands playing across multiple stages, most of it free to attend. It draws guitar enthusiasts from around the world who gather to honor the local hero's musical heritage.
