Rye Jazz and Blues Festival

Founded in 2012 by Ian Bowden, this festival takes over the cobbled streets and medieval buildings of Rye, a historic town in East Sussex, with headline concerts at St Mary's Church and free outdoor performances around town. Its programming spans jazz, blues, soul, gospel, funk, and Latin and Cuban music, alongside a fringe programme in local shops and venues.
