Sapins Barbus

Founded in late 2013 by a group of friends who felt the Vosges lacked an accessible rock festival, the Sapins Barbus festival was held on the shared communal grounds of La Bruche in Dommartin-lès-Remiremont. Its name paired the fir tree (sapin), a symbol of the Vosges region, with a beard (barbu), a nod to its rock spirit, and it favored local sourcing for wood and merchandise. The organizing association ended the festival after a final edition in 2021.
