Sauna Open Air

Sauna Open Air is a metal festival launched in 2004 in Tampere, Finland, initially as a one day event before expanding to three days in 2005. It grew into one of the largest Nordic festivals dedicated to metal and related rock styles, drawing crowds of more than 26,000 and hosting bands such as Kiss, Megadeth and Amorphis. After a long hiatus, it returned at Ratinanniemi park in 2019.
