Schrammel.Klang.Festival

Founded in 2006 in Litschau, in Austria's Waldviertel region, the Schrammel.Klang.Festival takes place on natural stages set among the forest around Lake Herrensee, performed without electronic amplification. Its program combines traditional Schrammel music and Wiener Lied with openings toward world music. Certified as a Green Event, it draws around 8,000 visitors to the lakeside setting.
