Septembre imaginaire

Septembre imaginaire has been held in Cluny, in Burgundy, since it began in 2014, celebrating music in all its forms, baroque, contemporary, musique concrète, improvised or written. The festival offers concerts, workshops and exhibitions across the medieval town, built around the idea of leaving room for everyone's imagination. It draws on the architectural heritage of the former Cluny abbey to give its musical programme a distinctive setting.
