About
The Sidmouth Folk Festival has run since 1955 in this seaside town in Devon, one of Britain's longest-running folk festivals. Over eight days it hosts several hundred concerts, dance displays, workshops and sessions, spread across large marquees and small town venues, mixing ticketed and free events. The week closes with a torchlight procession through the town centre.
