Overview
About
Slam Dunk Festival started in 2006 as a single stage event in Leeds and has grown into the UK's biggest independent rock festival, running on the same weekend across two outdoor sites, Temple Newsam Park in Leeds and Hatfield Park, with the same artists performing at each city on different days. Pop punk, emo, metal, metalcore and ska all share the bill, drawing tens of thousands of alternative music fans each year. All ages friendly, it remains rooted in the British punk and rock scene it grew out of.
