Sled Island

Founded in 2007, this independent music and arts festival takes place every June in Calgary, Alberta, over five days across more than twenty venues around the city. It brings together over 200 artists from around the world, spanning independent rock, electronic music and hip hop, alongside film screenings and comedy shows. Each edition hands part of the artistic curation to a guest curator, giving the festival a fresh identity every year.
