Smartlappenfestival Amersfoort

The Smartlappenfestival Amersfoort is held every year in April in the centre of Amersfoort, the Netherlands, over two days, from Saturday to Sunday. The festival is devoted to smartlappen, sentimental Dutch popular songs performed by choirs and artists on several stages as well as in the city's cafés and restaurants. A competition each year selects the Smartsieraad, the event's emblematic badge.
