Split Festival

Held every summer in Split, Croatia, since 1960, the Split Festival is one of the country's oldest popular music festivals. Since 1967 it has taken place at the Prokurative square in the heart of the city, showcasing original Dalmatian song performed by Croatian artists. A cultural landmark of Split, it has premiered more than 800 compositions over the decades.
