Staro Rīga

Staro Rīga is a light festival that transforms Riga's cityscape in Latvia over four evenings each November through outdoor light and video installations. The route, organised as several illuminated circuits through the old town and its parks, traditionally coincides with celebrations around Latvia's national day.
