Stella Polaris

Stella Polaris is a free electronic and downtempo music festival held in Frederiksberg Have, the gardens beside Frederiksberg Palace in Copenhagen. Born in Aarhus in 1997, it moved to Frederiksberg in 2013 and now draws a mixed-age crowd who spread out on picnic blankets across the lawns. The DJ booth sits in front of the castle, sending out mellow, slow tempo electronic sounds through an afternoon of live concerts and relaxed togetherness.
