Swanage Folk Festival

Each September, the Swanage Folk Festival takes over the town centre and seafront of this Dorset seaside town, with more than 200 traditional dance displays and around fifty folk music acts. Most concerts are free to attend, alongside workshops, informal sessions and ceilidhs. Run by a not-for-profit community organisation, it puts any surplus toward local causes.
