About
Tammerfest takes place outdoors in Ratinanniemi Festival Park, on the shore of Lake Pyhäjärvi in Tampere, Finland. Its lineup blends rock and mainstream pop, with a particular grounding in manserock, the style of rock music that originated in this industrial city. The festival draws several tens of thousands of visitors from across the region each year.
