Overview
About
Tartu Tudengipäevad (Tartu Student Days) is an Estonian festival held twice a year, in spring and autumn, in the university city of Tartu. Rooted in student gatherings from the 1960s tied to International Students' Day, it brings together around 150 sporting, social and musical events, including signature happenings like the Öölaulupidu night song celebration and the Volber gathering on Kaarsild bridge. With its irreverent spirit and mascot, a yellow dog named Villem, it has become a fixture of student life in the city.
