Terras sem Sombra

Based in Santiago do Cacém, in Portugal's Alentejo region, this annual festival brings together music, heritage and biodiversity, spreading across several months and various towns in the area. The music programming spans a wide range from medieval repertoire to contemporary creation, framed each year by a new theme. The festival also awards an international prize honoring notable figures in music, heritage and nature conservation.
