About
Founded in 2000 under the name Creole Blues, the festival took its current name, Terre de Blues, in Grand-Bourg on the island of Marie-Galante in Guadeloupe. Concerts are held notably at Habitation Murat, a former colonial sugar estate, and at the port's artisan village, with a lineup mixing American blues, African music and Caribbean acts.
