UENO de JAZZ

This open-air jazz festival takes place in Ueno Park in Tokyo, on the Suijo Ongakudo outdoor stage. Running since 1986 as part of Ueno's summer festival season, it brings together swing bands, contemporary jazz acts and young musicians drawn from regional competitions. Its relaxed, neighborhood feel and daytime outdoor setting make it a well loved fixture for jazz fans in the city.
