Valletta Guitar Festival

The Valletta Guitar Festival, launched in September 2026, is organized by Festivals Malta under the artistic direction of Simon Schembri, with concerts held at Teatru Manoel in Valletta. The programme celebrates the guitar in its many forms, from classical and jazz to flamenco, tango, gypsy swing and Brazilian guitar, bringing together internationally acclaimed musicians such as Yamandu Costa. The event adds to the cultural calendar of Malta's capital, a city already known for its range of music festivals.
