Voix du Monde

Nancy Voix du Monde is Nancy's international choral singing festival, held every two years since 1979 around the Ascension weekend. It brings together choirs from around the world, performing in some of the city's finest venues: the Centre des Congrès Prouvé, Salle Poirel, the town hall, churches and the open-air Place Stanislas. A distinctive feature is its host-family system, with visiting choristers lodged by members of Lorraine choirs, making it as much a human gathering as a musical one.
