Wave Gotik Treffen

Held every year over Whitsun weekend in Leipzig, the Wave Gotik Treffen draws tens of thousands of visitors from around the world into the city's dark culture scene. Across several days and venues it features gothic rock, EBM, industrial, darkwave, neofolk and medieval music, alongside markets, exhibitions and costumed gatherings. Now the largest gothic festival in the world, it transforms Leipzig for the duration of the weekend.
