Woodford Folk Festival

Woodford Folk Festival is held around the turn of the year near the town of Woodford, north of Brisbane in Queensland. It grew out of the Maleny Folk Festival, which relocated there in 1994, and spreads its program across roughly two dozen stages on a large camping site, mixing folk and world music with circus, cabaret and comedy. Most attendees camp on site for several days, in a community driven atmosphere powered by thousands of performers and volunteers.
