Xarnegu Eguna

Founded in 2005 in Bardos, in the French Basque Country, this festival takes its name from a Basque word meaning mixing or blending. Since 2013 the programme has spread across several neighbouring communes of the Pays de Bidache, including Bidache, Guiche, Arancou and Came. Run by a team of volunteers, it combines concerts, dance, storytelling and talks in French, Basque and Gascon.
