About
Founded in 1999, Øyafestivalen has taken place in Tøyen Park in Oslo since 2014, after earlier editions in Middelalderparken in the city centre. Its lineup mixes international artists with the Nordic scene, on a site set up as a temporary small city with food stalls and shops. The festival is known for its extensive environmental standards, often cited as a reference point among music festivals.
