About
Yiddish Summer Weimar is a summer programme devoted to traditional and contemporary Yiddish culture, launched in Weimar in 1999 as a weekend workshop. It now spans a whole month and combines workshops led by international artists and scholars with a Festival Week featuring nightly concerts of Yiddish and other East European music, hands-on mini-workshops in language, music and dance, and a film series.
