Yokohama Jazz Promenade

Founded in 1993 under the motto 'make the whole city a stage', Yokohama Jazz Promenade takes place every October in a city that historically served as one of jazz's gateways into Japan. The festival spreads across roughly thirty venues, historic buildings, jazz clubs and street corners, drawing large crowds to hear Japanese and international musicians.
