Zéro à la Tolérance Zéro Plérin

The Zéro à la Tolérance Zéro (ZTZ) festival, run by the association UnVsti across the Côtes-d'Armor, including Plérin, has for around fifteen years brought people together around respect for others and the right to be different. Its programme mixes hip-hop concerts, dance, slam, workshops and awareness events, with special attention to people with disabilities or in isolation. Its activities extend beyond its core March fortnight to several towns in the department.
