Zsolnay Light Festival

Each summer the Zsolnay Light Festival turns the historic center of Pécs into a trail of light, with large scale projections on building facades, light installations by Hungarian and international artists, street theatre and concerts filling the streets, squares and the Zsolnay Cultural Quarter. The Path of Light connects around thirty sites, from the city center to the former Zsolnay ceramics works, which open specially for the event. Each edition features a guest country whose culture inspires part of the artworks on display.
