Avignon jazz festival

The Avignon Jazz Festival brings open-air concerts to the historic heart of Avignon, notably at the Cloitre des Carmes and square Agricol Perdiguier. Organized by AJMI (Avignon Jazz Music Institute), it combines established names with emerging talent, including a dedicated jazz springboard showcase for new artists. Over the years it has become a popular summer fixture for jazz fans in the region.
