Ballades en Novembre is a chanson festival held in the town of Viarmes, in the Val-d'Oise department, as winter approaches. Spread across several weekends in November, it brings concerts by French chanson artists to the Salle Saint-Louis. Now well into its run of editions, it has become an anticipated local cultural event.
