About
The Bay-Car Blues Festival brings together French and international blues artists each autumn at the Palais du Littoral in Grande-Synthe, northern France. Founded in the early 2000s, it has built a partnership with the Polish Suwałki blues festival and holds smaller satellite concerts, called chapelles, in the lead-up to the main event.
