The Bliuzo Naktys festival takes place in Varniai, on the shore of Lake Lūkstas, within a regional park in northwestern Lithuania. Established nearly three decades ago, it books international blues and soul artists alongside an open stage, the One Man Stage, dedicated to local musicians.
