Boulevard du Jazz takes place in Melle, in the Deux-Sèvres, on the Esplanade Goirand beneath the town's ramparts. Run by the association Arts en boule, the lineup mixes jazz-funk, Afrobeat and Ethio-jazz, with daytime shows for young audiences and open-air evening concerts.
