About
Reading Festival takes place at Little John's Farm on Richfield Avenue in Reading, England, a site it has occupied since 1971. Founded in 1961 as the National Jazz Festival, it gradually shifted toward rock, pop and electronic music. Since 1999 it has shared its lineup with Leeds Festival, held the same August bank holiday weekend at Bramham Park.
