About
Founded in 2003 by three enthusiasts from Rouyn-Noranda in the Abitibi-Témiscamingue region, FME takes place every year in early September in this mining town in northwestern Quebec. It brings together around a hundred artists and bands from the Quebec and international alternative music scene, pairing established acts with emerging artists on distinctive career paths, across several downtown venues and stages.
