About
The Festival Jacques Brel takes place every autumn at the Théâtre Edwige-Feuillère in Vesoul, in the Haute-Saône department. Created in 2000, it is a competition entirely devoted to Francophone song that spotlights young artists, judged by a panel of professional singers and musicians. The town's connection to Jacques Brel dates back to a stay by the singer in the 1960s, which inspired his famous song Vesoul.
