About
Founded in 1993 in northern Portugal, the Paredes de Coura festival takes place on a river beach along the Coura River in the Minho region, where the audience can swim between sets. Its programming, oriented toward indie rock and electronic music, has featured artists over the years such as Arcade Fire, Pixies, PJ Harvey and Nick Cave.
