Festival Terre de couleurs

Born in 1994 out of the Terre de Couleurs association, founded a year earlier in Sainte-Croix-Volvestre, this festival in the Ariège region champions world music, both traditional and contemporary, alongside street arts and community-run cafés. Now a notable fixture in Ariège and Midi-Pyrénées, it has been held in towns such as Pailhès and extends its work year-round with concerts under a marquee or in village halls.
