Overview
About
Gemfest grew out of a private 2024 birthday celebration in a field near Ross-on-Wye, on the England-Wales border, before turning into a full festival run by PullUp Recordings, one of Wales' leading electronic music labels. It celebrates underground dance genres, house, UK garage, jungle, drum and bass and techno, across multiple outdoor stages. Its grassroots, friends-first origins give it a close-knit atmosphere unusual among UK bass music festivals.
