About
Founded in 1984 in the village of Haldern, in Lower Rhine, this festival takes place at the village's former riding arena and other venues such as St. Georg church, keeping daily attendance to around 7,000 people. Backed by the Haldern Pop Recordings label, its lineup spans pop, indie rock, jazz and experimental music in a non-commercial spirit.
