Half Moon Party

Half Moon Party is held in the jungle near Ban Tai on the island of Koh Phangan, Thailand, roughly twice a month, timed to the first and last lunar quarters. Unlike the more chaotic Full Moon Party, it is a ticketed, organized event with dedicated stages, professional sound systems and international DJs playing tech house, melodic, psytrance and urban sounds. It has become a more structured alternative within the island's lunar party scene.
