Holland Festival

Founded in 1947, the Holland Festival is the oldest and largest performing arts festival in the Netherlands, held every June in Amsterdam. It presents an international programme spanning music, music theatre, theatre, dance and multidisciplinary work, staged in venues such as the Concertgebouw, the Muziekgebouw, the city's theatres and its opera house. Each edition follows a loose theme and often features new productions the festival has helped bring to the stage.
