Hoop' Festival

The Hoop' Festival takes place each summer at the castle of Excideuil, in the Dordogne, over two days combining concerts, artistic performances and participatory workshops. The musical lineup is eclectic, ranging from acoustic electronica and minimal Latin techno to electro pop, rock, hip-hop, nu jazz and Arabic-oriental sounds. Aimed largely at a young audience, the event also features giant wooden games, artistic face-painting and an OFF festival in the village streets.
