Festival Internacional de la Canción de Viña del Mar

The Viña del Mar International Song Festival takes place in the Chilean coastal city of Viña del Mar, in the open-air Quinta Vergara amphitheater, and has run since 1960. Regarded as the oldest and largest music festival in Latin America, it combines a song competition with major popular concerts, broadcast on television across the Spanish-speaking world.
