Jazz à Carthage

Jazz à Carthage is an international jazz festival in Tunisia, held since 2005 around Tunis (Carthage, La Marsa, Sidi Bou Saïd, Gammarth). Run by a private organization, unusual in the Tunisian cultural landscape, it blends jazz with world music, blues and soul, constantly exploring new sonic territory. Despite setbacks over the years, including the Bardo Museum attack and the pandemic, the festival has repeatedly reinvented itself, including with extended sessions welcoming international artists.
