Jazz and cheese

The Jazz and Cheese festival takes place in Château-Ville-Vieille, in the Queyras area of the Hautes-Alpes. Run by a nonprofit association affiliated with the Ligue de l'enseignement, it combines four days of New Orleans jazz, blues, boogie and gospel with tastings of local mountain products. Having reached its tenth edition in the early 2020s, the event keeps a friendly spirit that pairs live music with regional food and cheese.
