Jazz et musique improvisée en Franche-Comté

Founded in the early 1980s, the Jazz et musique improvisée en Franche-Comté festival takes place each year in late June across several towns in the region, including Besançon, Pontarlier, Vesoul, Dole and Arc-et-Senans. Organized by the Aspro-Impro association, it offers a wide panorama of contemporary jazz, from free jazz to fusion, alongside more experimental improvised music. Its touring format across Franche-Comté has made it a key gathering for jazz lovers in the region.
