Jazzkaar

Founded in 1990 by Anne Erm, while Estonia was still part of the Soviet Union, Jazzkaar has grown into the largest jazz festival in the Baltic states. It takes place every spring in Tallinn over about ten days, spread across several venues in the city, with a lineup drawing artists from dozens of countries. The festival also runs autumn and winter offshoots.
